Meet Ann and Earl

Our greatest love is each other. Our passion is health and wealth!

Our lives are journey to achieve our hopes and dreams. As a couple, we 100% align with the mindset that health is wealth! Don’t get it wrong, our lives are also full of fun, adventure and new challenges! We love great food, exploring craft beer, spirits and wine, all with amazing people we meet!

Early on, we started looking into food and how it impacts health. Having loved ones die at very young ages of cancer, and seeing friends looking twenty, even thirty years older than they are, were two big reasons why we knew food mattered.

Our passion for eating healthy led to a small garden box in our front yard. (Earl had tried to dig some trenches, but the “soil” is more like clay, and after several hours, drenched in sweat, he came up with a different plan! Raised beds, became our garden.

That one small box has now lead to 12 years and a 9000 square foot, high density, organic urban garden in the Richmond California area.  We grow food not lawns. We make all our own sauces, ferments, and salsa from the garden. We dry herbs and teas and other yummy whole food. We have learned to eat seasonally. Do you know how many corn recipes Ann has learned?!

We also work out regularly, which as we get older isn’t always easy but we know the importance of keeping the body moving.

Our health and wealth business is a perfect fit for our lives. CBD has become a huge part of Ann being able to keep exercising (she blew out her low back in 2012, and NOTHING helped the pain until CBD.) The Keto shake fits how we eat, the skincare makes sure we look as good as we feel. Our proprietary immune system products change lives. And the company is led by people whose values and integrity align with ours.

This blog is all about the things we care about.  Our adventures and love for food and drink. Our health and living another 50+ years. Our strong and admired relationship of 23 years. Our wealth and making sure we don’t just grind at a job giving it up to someone else living the life. Our desire to work with people who feel like us, think like us, and want more in life…especially helping others be healthy and the result is money in your pocket! Welcome to our journey!
